Our Refund Policy

We stand behind our services. However, all services are considered final upon completion and delivery. We do not offer refunds for completed work or services already rendered.

1. Service Completion

Once a project has been completed and delivered according to the agreed-upon specifications, it is considered final. No refunds are available for completed deliverables.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. If you wish to cancel your subscription:

  • You may cancel anytime before your billing date
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period
  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
  • After cancellation, you will not be charged again

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service was not delivered as specified in the contract
  • Service failure that we are unable to remedy
  • Billing errors made by Our Company

4. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of the charge
  2. Provide detailed documentation of the issue
  3. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

5. No Guarantee of Results

Important: We do not refund based on business results or outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control including implementation, market conditions, and external factors. We provide our best professional services but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.
